Milad Ahmadi is the founder of Zaminor and has a background in telecom and technology. From his role in the Dutch telecom sector, he has extensive experience building digital platforms and simplifying complex processes for consumers.
The motivation for Zaminor came from personal experience. When exploring property opportunities in Spain and Dubai, Milad encountered the same challenges many Dutch buyers face: opaque cost structures, fragmented information, language barriers at notaries and banks, and the lack of a central platform guiding the entire purchase journey.
Zaminor was built to solve those problems: a platform that provides factual information, connects buyers with qualified local professionals, and makes the journey from first orientation to key handover transparent and digital.
