Our commitment to accessibility

Zaminor is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, regardless of physical or cognitive abilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our standard and actively work towards compliance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).

Compliance status

The Zaminor platform partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We conduct periodic accessibility audits and continuously work to resolve identified issues. The most recent audit was conducted in April 2026.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with correct heading levels and ARIA attributes
• Keyboard navigation on all interactive elements
• Color contrast ratios conforming to WCAG AA (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
• Touch targets of at least 48x48 pixels on mobile devices
• Form fields with visible labels and error messages
• Responsive design that functions on screen sizes from 320px to 4K
• Support for screen magnification up to 200% without content loss
• No content distinguished solely by color

Known limitations

We are currently aware of the following accessibility limitations:

• The mortgage calculator contains interactive range sliders that may not work optimally with all screen readers
• Some market guide pages contain complex tables that scroll horizontally on narrow screens
• The property comparison tool currently lacks ARIA live regions for dynamic updates

Compatibility

The Zaminor platform is optimized for use with modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technology (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). We support the two most recent versions of each browser.
